Parul founded Parallel Minds, a neurodiversity consultancy focused entirely on the technology sector. Parul's expertise in tech recruiting, employer branding, and lived experience with autism and ADHD enable her to assist tech organisations in attracting, hiring, and retaining neurodivergent talent. In her former company, she established and directed the Neurodiversity Community (ERG), where she developed the first neurodiversityfriendly policies and processes. Parul has given workshops and speeches for Siemens Healthineers, NBCUniversal, Manchester Tech Festival, MCR DevCon, Leeds Digital Festival, and many others.
