Early Tech Careers - launch event

Would you like to hire junior developers, designers and digital marketers but have a support, training and mentoring programme in place to get them up to speed quicker?

This is Early Tech Careers, from dotClassroom and True Worth Digital.

The programme is about placing junior developers, designers and digital marketers into digital and creative agencies, but offering soft-skills training and 1-2-1 mentoring for the first three to six months, which then allows us to offer you up to a six-month free replacement.

Launch Event

To get our Early Tech Careers programme started, we will be holding our first face-to-face ‘Speed Recruitment’ event in Manchester on 23rd November 5.30pm - 7pm, at Seesaw.

The format is simple, we will invite a select group of just five Manchester tech and digital agencies to meet our pre-screened candidates in a relaxed environment. If there is a ‘match’, we’ll then conduct a more formal recruitment process and start the Early Tech Careers process with both client and candidate.
