If you are a business owner with 5+ employees then this is for you.
An interactive 90 minute workshop for established businesses.
We will look at the different areas of your business addressing the “sweet” spots, “blind” spots and “soft” spots to give you more clarity and focus.
We will also work through a Business Growth Model (for you to keep) and apply it to your business. This will highlight your strengths and weaknesses and will enable you to get on track for 2024.
