This workshop will give you a basic understanding of Canva and show you how to create unique designs. You will leave with the confidence to use Canva for your personal and professional projects.
What you'll learn
In this introductory workshop, you will learn the basics of Canva, including how to:
- Set up your free Canva account
- Choose the best template for your project
- Add and style text
- Upload, place and edit images
- Download and share your designs

- This workshop is ideal for those who would like to create posters, leaflets, presentations or graphics for use on social media
- Canva is perfect for design beginners as well as those with more experience
- Budding designers aged 18 and over
What you need to bring
You will need to bring a laptop that can connect to the internet for this session.
Cost
Tickets cost £3. After the event, you can choose to be refunded or donate your ticket to MadLab CIC to support future community-led events. Refunds will be processed within seven working days.
