At the age of 21 Ajaz Ahmed founded what was to become the largest independent digital agency in the world. Last month his company AKQA lost its independence but gained a powerful parent in WPP, the largest marketing services business in the world, who paid £380 million for a majority stake.
Ajaz has now co-written a No.1 bestselling book VELOCITY - THE SEVEN NEW LAWS FOR A WORLD GONE DIGITAL - with his long standing client at Nike, Stefan Olander. This is your chance to meet Ajaz in person and share his fascinating past and his vision of the future.
The event concludes with drinks and networking and is a great opportunity for students to talk to businesses in the region and pick up some informal career advice from those in the know.
