Manchester Digital would like to invite freelancers and the self-employed to an online meet-up on Friday 27th March at 10am. The meet-up will provide a space for you to discuss the upcoming Government announcement of a support package for the self employed and what it means for your business. The announcement is scheduled to take place on Thursday 26th March at 5pm and the package is expected to match the 80% salary support given to PAYE employees although this won't be confirmed until this evening's announcement.
Freelancers and the self-employed make up a huge part of the digital and tech ecosystem and this package could prove to be critical in protecting them during these uncertain times.
Gareth Burton of Burton Beavan will be on hand to answer your questions and to provide advice and support.
