16:05 - 16:50 Talk: Tech Career Insights with hackajob

hackajob will cover how to take the first steps in landing your first role in tech. They will be discussing digital transformation, the software development lifecycle, market insights, as well as the types of opportunities available and top tips for interviewing!

16.50 - 17:20 Live Interview: A day in the life

A live interview with Dr Maria Aretoulaki, GlobalLogic Principal Consultant and advocate of women in tech. Maria will provide insight into what a day in her life is actually like and share her personal career journey.

Maria has been an expert in AI and Machine Learning for Language Engineering / Computational Linguistics for the past 30 years and is a reknowned expert in natural language processing (NLP) and understanding (NLU), speech recognition (ASR), VUI Design and Conversational Experience Design.

17:20 - 17:50 Interactive workshop: What tech talent wants from early-careers in 2023

It’s time to put early careers at the forefront of what employers should do to ensure we continue investing and growing tech talent.
