Diversity & Inclusion has been on our agenda for a while, yet we recognise there's still lots more to do! Presently we have four main areas of focus; Gender, BAME, LGBT+ and Disability and Neurodiversity. Each area is represented by a working group, made up of people from across the business.
We’re inviting you to meet the working groups. Through an evening of conversation and shared experiences, they’ll be imparting practical tips and actions that demonstrate how they’ve affected change in Auto Trader. They’ll also share what hasn’t worked and what they learnt. We’re on a journey, and inevitably, not everything goes to plan!
We’re always looking to learn from our peers, so we’d love to hear about your experiences too. There will be an opportunity to network as well as the chance to participate in a Q&A session.
