Early on in 2020, the usual articles came out about what trends we'd expect to see in talent and recruitment for the year ahead. Of course, none of them foresaw a global pandemic and the changes that this would bring with it.

So now we're in the midst of it, let's take a look at what hiring trends we're seeing emerging in tech and digital. Whilst many companies are on a recruitment freeze, there are still plenty who are growing and expanding and having to recruit and onboard staff in new ways.

Our panel of recruitment experts will provide insights to those companies who are looking to hire: how to harness technology to recruit the right people and retain them; how to effectively onboard them; how to keep them motivated. Our experts will also offering some future-gazing; the trends we might see emerging over the coming months; what opportunities this has created for businesses and further changes that they expect to see.
