What to expect?
We will introduce different forms of intellectual property (IP) rights that digital and tech businesses can use to gain a commercial advantage. We will focus in particular on protecting digital technologies with patents, and discuss how to identify where patent protection may be appropriate, what the process of navigating the patent system looks like, and the costs involved.
