Who’s speaking?
Andrea Muttoni, Amazon Alexa
Andrea is a Technical Evangelist for Amazon Alexa. In this role, he is travelling the world to share stories, learnings and best practices for building voice-enabled experiences, aka Skills, with Alexa. Before that, he worked on both sides of software development as a full stack developer and as a product manager. When not prototyping new Alexa Skill ideas or championing the needs of developers, he enjoys composing music and working on cool ideas using AWS.
David Low, BBC
Liz Barber, RADA
Liz Barber is a trained voice coach, with a Postgraduate Degree in Voice Studies from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. As Client Director for the commercial arm of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, RADA Business, she consults with global organisations to create interactive, immersive programmes for leaders and their teams. She continues to develop an interest in blending technology with interactive storytelling, and developed a fascination into vocal interaction with AI during her Masters research.
David Attwater, EIG
David Attwater, a senior scientist, has over 17 years of experience in speech user interface design and testing. He has a specific focus on customer usability testing and is an acknowledged expert in the design and testing of natural language solutions for customer service, including digital assistants.
What to expect?
An informal evening of inspiration. Each presentation is just 15 mins, but packed full of useful ideas to help you get more out of voice in your organisation.
There’ll be craft beers from Shindigger, wine and snacks. Questions are very much encouraged and we’d love it if you can hang around afterwards to talk more.
