Hiring the right talent is essential for any sector, and in digital and tech, we know this only too well. Graduate recruitment is a well established hiring route for many employers, however are we doing it right? Are universities setting Graduates up to be highly employable as well as have essential technical knowledge and skills? Are employers approaching graduate recruitment in the right way to get the best return on early talent investment? This session will dig into the key emerging themes of Graduate recruitment and successful retention of this talent.
