You will work across a broad mix of clients, budgets and paid acquisition platforms including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Google Shopping, Microsoft Advertising and Meta. Whilst this will be a very hands on role to start with, the opportunity is there to grow and manage a team as our services and demand grows.

We’re a small team that prides itself on transparency, integrity and honesty. So whilst you’ll receive all the support you need to make this a success, you will need to be comfortable working under your own initiative.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage paid acquisition accounts for multiple clients across a broad range of channels
  • Conduct account set up including keyword research, budget planning and campaign structure
  • Create and optimise XML/CSV product feeds in Merchant Center
  • Ensure the accuracy of conversion, event and goal tracking
  • Meticulously manage budgets and forecasts for our clients’ advertising spend
  • Create insightful and analytical reports to highlight areas of improvement and identify new opportunities
  • Provide recommendations for split tests and other optimisations to improve performance
  • Assist with pitching for new clients and improve the selling in of our services
  • Be the owner of all of our paid acquisition services and, eventually, build and oversee your own team
  • Work closely with our development team to improve landing page experiences and creative team for display ads where required
  • Assist with our own marketing efforts, contributing to blog posts, events and proactively look out for new opportunities

Who we’re looking for

  • 2-3 years experience managing multiple advertising accounts and adhering to budgets
  • Confident creating and presenting performance reports and delivering them in front of clients
  • Confident in managing product feeds and configuring conversion tracking
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio or equivalents
  • Strong analytical skills to turn data sets and insights into actionable tasks
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and project management skills
  • Commercially minded to assist with the growth of paid advertising in an agency model
  • Relevant certifications such as Google, Microsoft, Meta Blueprint are desired, but we’ll support you through these if you haven’t attained them yet
  • Ecommerce and agency experience is desirable and preferred but not essential

Above all, we’re looking for someone to join our small team, with a positive and hard working attitude who can take ownership of a key service for Aware Digital. Over time, this role will evolve into a senior level arrangement where you can take charge of your own team. In return, we’ll support you with flexible working arrangements, networking and training opportunities and regular performance appraisals.

No recruiters or agencies please.
