As a Data Quality Manager, you'll be making a huge impact and will be the data management expert, engaging with key stakeholders to drive the adoption of good data management practice across Ofsted.
You will champion and train colleagues in how to get the most from their data, ensuring data is efficiently and effectively captured.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills required to collaborate with and engage with business data owners/stakeholders to continually drive data quality improvements against business objectives and outcomes. (Essential)
- Ability to work on your own initiative, prioritise your workload and deliverables of the team to meet deadlines to support the business deliver against its objectives. (Essential)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to interpret large volumes of data, to substantiate judgements and consistently produce compelling and persuasive narratives for technical and non-technical audiences. (Essential)
- Knowledge and experience of using databases, Microsoft Excel and PowerBI (or similar reporting tools) to develop reports or dashboards. (Essential)
- Knowledge of the Government Data Quality Framework. (Desirable)
