Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Service Analyst to join our Newport team.
The post requires, on-site attendance at this office location (4 days) due to the nature of the role.
You will form part of our small multi-skilled team, who protect live service from disruption and ensure our colleagues have the tools they need to do their job.
You will ensure that IT hardware and software are delivering the best value for money and are purchased to meet business and user requirements.
We are looking for excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to deliver quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
You will have the capability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively as well as a proven record of stakeholder management.
You will have the skills to challenge existing processes, as well as using your communication skills to be able to handle challenging conversations.

Security Clearance
The requirement for SC clearance is to have been present in the UK for 3 consecutive years immediately prior to applying.

Stage 2 – Interview

Interviews will take place from w/c 2/9/2024, and in all cases will be video interviews.
A reserve list may be held for a period up to 12 months from which further appointments may be made.
