Qualifications
Delivery Manager - Agile qualification or equivalent qualification. (Essential)
Senior Business Analyst - Business analysis qualification or equivalent professional qualification and/or equivalent experience. (Essential)
Business Analyst - Business analysis qualification or equivalent professional qualification and/or equivalent experience. (Desirable)

- Product Manager
Methodologies appropriate for the different phases of the design/develop lifecycle.
Identifying and meeting user needs through product design, achieved through effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. - Knowledge of different disciplines and how they contribute to an effective agile team, such as service design, user research, business analysis, development.
- Delivery Manager
Experience in delivering digital projects and products.
Experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
Experience in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams. - Senior Business Analyst
Leading the development of BA approaches to solve organisational problems using a range of Business Analyst tools and techniques. - Working with business in agile/ waterfall environments to turn business needs into user stories/documented requirements.
Managing relationships with stakeholders across an organisation. - Business Analyst
Experience of using BA approaches, tools and techniques to solve organisational problems. Identifying improvements and efficiencies within business processes. - Supporting Senior Business Analysts working with business in agile/waterfall environments to turn business needs into user stories/ documented requirements.
Experience of cultivating relationships with stakeholders.
