Job summary

Working in a team with Head of Delivery and Service Team Members, the Senior Delivery Manager will play a critical role in Digital delivery and coaching teams in Agile. You will be joining our enthusiastic, friendly and highly skilled team, who are committed to making positive change in Digital delivery with product centric approach. 

Job description

The Senior Delivery Manager should be able to deliver a first-class customer centric service, using innovative and creative approach. They should work in a collaborative environment with diverse and cross functional teams to build, lead, maintain and problem solving within their delivery teams.

Working with key stakeholders and a service team you will ensure efficient and consistent delivery, effective resolution of issues and the have the opportunity to help create a safe and productive environment.

Person specification

Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.

 

You'll be comfortable supporting the Digital directorate service teams in Homes England. You will be proficient in Agile, Lean practices, GDS process and identify innovative ways to unblock issues. 

 

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn’t always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will be shaped by a good understanding of the data and challenging complex organisational process not adding value. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.
