Sales Manager (tech & digital)

Job Title: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience, circa £30,000-£35,000

Commission: Uncapped, paid on every deal, recurring monthly revenue earning potential

Who we are.

Welcome to Conquer Tech (conquertechnology.co.uk) a team of experienced tech and digital marketing experts distributed around the world but centralised and operating out of Manchester.

We provide recruitment agencies with world-class software engineers on temporary contracts for them to take to their employers and we can provide these contract recruitment services direct to the employers themselves to maximise our own profit margin.

We also spin up tech and digital marketing teams to give marketing/web development agencies a broader service offering than they currently have, meaning they can make money on projects they would otherwise have turned away…

....... imagine a marketing agency specialises in TV, Press or Billboard advertising but does not have the skills internally to build websites, e-commerce solutions or mobile apps. Well now they can. They ship the project brief to the Conquer team and we stand up a squad to deliver this for them, the best bit is, the end client doesn't need to know as we look, feel and act like the agency (white-labelled digital marketing and software services).

Conquer tech was formally launched late 2022 and due to continued success and growth, we need a money driven, relentless, self-sufficient sales person who can open doors to our target prospects. Beyond the initial month or two of sitting meetings with the prospects you introduce and Conquer founders, we will ensure you have the knowledge, skills and tools to close your own business and manage your own pipeline of sales opportunities from outreach through to negotiation and signing the deal.

What we need and who you are:

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• A self-starter who can work autonomously, set and achieve targets for growth.
• Either has been or is an SDR, BDM, or even an AM.
• Ideally you come from a contract recruitment agency background or you have been selling in to digital/marketing agencies.
• An existing network and/or the knowledge of how to open doors to our target business profile.
• To see and discuss your sales approach to gaining interest and winning business.
• Ability to plan and execute a sales strategy.
• To see demonstrable success: talk us through your previous pipeline from initial outreach through to close.
• We value people who are curious and persistent.
• We need someone who wants to make money.
• We want someone who wants to turn their sales role in to an internal business unit, growing it so your team can manage the accounts you bring on leaving you to go out and win yet more business.

Package:

• £30k base
• Commission on every deal you land (for the life of that project)
• 25 days holidays (plus bank holidays)
• Hybrid working (Manchester based team)
