Great opportunity for a predominantly “hands off” Dev Team Lead to join a growing software company in the data science industry.

The company have been trading for over 30 years and are headquartered in Manchester with offices all over the world including the USA, Australia, China and Japan. Over the last 3 years they’ve acquired 4 new businesses which have enabled them to become the market leader in their sector and so they’re continuing to grow.

As a Dev Team Lead, you’d report to the Head of Development and would be responsible for 3 squads of software engineers so would play a key role in the company growth.

You’d be given the opportunity to define your own role and get involved across multiple areas including people leadership and personal development of your teams, technical leadership, process definition, technical architecture and hands-on software development.

Azure, Terraform
DevOps, TDD

In return they’re looking to offer a starting salary of up to £75,000 plus company benefits including BUPA private healthcare, Pluralsight subscription, company pension, 25 days holiday and flexible working, including the option to continue working part remotely post covid.
