Great opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer to work remotely for an independent digital agency that’s been trading since the 90’s.

The company describe themselves as a “lifestyle business” so they have a flexible approach to work (including working a half day on Friday) and can offer the chance to help create a variety of products including mobile apps, websites and AR/VR experiences across a broad range of industries including global publishing, entertainment, and video game brands.

You’d join a department of 15 software engineers with various levels of experience that’s looking to grow to 30 people over the next 12 months. The current team is collaborative, they value teamwork over individual heroics, embrace a product mindset and are passionate about using quality practices like TDD, pair programming and DevOps.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’d be given the opportunity to talk to customers about requirements, design new architectures from scratch and make important technology choices that influence the direction of products.

They aren’t tied to a particular tech stack or platform and instead let client objectives lead them to the best solutions but here’s a flavour of some of the technology they use…

In return they're looking to offer a starting salary of up to £90,000 plus company benefits including bonus, pension and VERY flexible/remote working.
