Great opportunity for a Software Engineering Team Lead to join a cyber security scale-up in Manchester that is aiming to become one of the UK’s next tech unicorns.

Since their inception in 2018 the company has grown to over 100 employees and has built a flagship platform which is powered by AI and is already used by some of the world’s largest online retailers to protect them from threats.

The business currently has a small high-performing engineering team that they’re looking to grow in order to scale the business and so they are looking for a people focussed Software Engineering Team Lead.

As a Software Engineering Team Lead, you’d look after a single squad of multidisciplinary engineers and would be given the opportunity to nurture and develop your team members, encouraging them to explore their full potential whilst championing agile ways of working and a DevOps culture.

Tech:

TypeScript, Node, React
AWS (Lambdas, ECS, SQS etc.)
Docker, Kubernetes

The money is good too – in return they’re looking to offer a starting salary of up to £90k plus company benefits including regular flexible/remote working.
