Fantastic opportunity available for a Tech Lead to join a fast growing FinTech start-up based in Manchester.

Having grown from just 4 people to over 70 in the space of a few years the company is the fastest growing FinTech outside of London.

They’re now looking to grow further and create a new team which will be responsible for building a brand-new greenfield solution to scale alongside the existing products on their SaaS platform.

As a Tech Lead you’ll be given the opportunity to recruit and lead your own team, design solutions and continue to be involved in hands on coding in an environment where the existing team is passionate about using quality practices like TDD, Pair Programming and DevOps.

Skills

AWS and Azure
SQL Server and NoSQL

In return they’re offering a starting salary of up to £85k plus company benefits including the option to continue working part remotely post covid.
