We are looking for a Product Manager, who will play a key role in shaping the evolution of our B2B SaaS intranet platform, ensuring that our product meets the needs of enterprise customers whilst aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
This role is critical in managing the product roadmap, driving feature prioritisation, and translating customer and business needs into actionable product initiatives. By combining strategic thinking, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration, you will ensure that our platform continues to deliver value to our customers that ultimately supports their internal communication and employee engagement objectives.
A little about you...
- 4+ years of experience in a product management or product ownership role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience managing product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact product features.
- Hands-on experience in eliciting and analysing user requirements -translating them into clear, actionable product specifications.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and backlog management.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and understanding the complexities of delivering scalable, customizable SaaS products.
- Familiarity with business intelligence/product analytics tools to monitor product performance and inform data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product requirements and business goals to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on optimising user experiences and product performance.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Customer-centric approach, with a deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and how to create impactful solutions. You’re an advocate for the customer and obsessed with solving real problems with well-thought-out solutions.
- Adaptability to an ever-evolving working environment – as we scale up the team successful candidates will need to be comfortable adapting their working style to the needs of the wider team and business.
Desirable Experience & Knowledge (Not essential):
- Experience with employee engagement tools or intranet platforms, particularly in large enterprise settings.
- Familiarity with mobile app product management (iOS/Android) for SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of internal communication systems, HR software, or collaboration tools in enterprise environments.
About the role...
- Manage and maintain the product roadmap for your area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision, broader technical advancements and the needs of our customers.
- Elicit, refine, and prioritise product requirements through stakeholder engagement, user research, and business analysis.
- Create clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritise features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Ensure all product initiatives are aligned to the overall product vision, solve real customer problems and address market demands.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, QA, Delivery Managers) to ensure features are well defined and developed on time and to specification.
- Work closely with enterprise customers to understand their needs, translating them into actionable product features.
- Create and manage the product backlog, continuously grooming and prioritising it to reflect changes in customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
- Drive the product development process using Agile methodologies, ensuring a smooth flow of work and timely delivery of features.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to launch new features, ensuring successful adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for continuous improvement and to optimise the user experience.
