A little about you...

  • 2-3 years of prior software/technical sales experience, selling into Mid-Market customers
  • You understand how to manage complex B2B sales cycles
  • You’re ambitious, like to learn new things, and find self-improvement fulfilling. A hunter - the full-cycle sale excites you, from prospecting leads to closing sales.
  • You’re an active listener and you’re able to apply conversational findings to your presentation
  • You’re curious, highly organized and accountable for your sales activity and quota attainment
  • Comfortable performing your own software demonstrations
  • You have a demonstrable track record of overachieving quota
  • You have a dynamic, flexible working attitude. Interact is a fast-paced and exciting company, so you need to be adaptable
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Understand how to forecast
  • Knowledge of intranets or social software is a plus
  • Previous Sales Methodology training is a plus


About the role...

  • Own the entirety of the mid-market sales cycle, which can be anywhere from 2-10 months
  • Build trust with prospects with a consultative sales approach
  • Build your own pipeline to supplement any leads allocated to you
  • Conduct meetings both online and occasionally on-site
  • Keep your CRM data up to date
  • Work with other members of the team 
  • Negotiate contracts and facilitate a smooth transition from prospect to paying customer; work closely with Customer Success and Support teams
  • Forecast your sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and reference able customers
