We are looking for a Technical Onboarding Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring that all of our new customers are successfully integrated with in Interact's products and services.
A little about you...
- Experience in a technical onboarding, implementation, or similar role in a SaaS Environment.
- Experience in managing projects, particularly those involving cross-functional teams, timelines, and customer deliverables.
- Experience in content migration and user synchronisation such as single sign-on (SSO)
- Previous experience in developing scripts to transform data and handle data migration between systems
- Experience utilising API's to retrieve/export/sync data between systems
- Experience working with SQL based relational databases - for report creation, troubleshooting data related issues, and data manipulation as a part of content migration
- Preferred experience working in M365/Entra ecosystem or similar - for application integrations, configuration, troubleshooting
- Proficiency in using project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project to track progress and manage tasks.
- Have some exposure in programming languages, preferably .NET
- Ability to think critically and solve problems that arise.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for explaining technical details to customers and coordinating with internal teams.
About the role...
- Responsible for the technical setup, configuration, and integration of our product and service’s.
- Responsible for consulting the customers on technical capabilities as they go through the onboarding process, and facilitating any technical tasks that form part of the process.
- Responsible for helping our customers resolve technical problems during the onboarding process, as well identifying problems if technical issues arise, coordinating with the relevant teams to fix it, and communicating solutions to the client.
- Work closely with other departments like strategists, onboarding teams, product development, sales, customer support, and engineering is essential to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Act as a point of contact for the client, addressing concerns, answering questions, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
