The role:

An exciting opportunity has become available to work full time on an 18-month Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) to develop and embed a range of strategic management capabilities that will facilitate the rapid growth of the business by exploiting digital market opportunities in the UK cultural heritage and tourism sector.

Employed and supported by a team of academic experts from the Manchester Metropolitan University, you will be based at CTConsults premises in the vibrant and growing Northern Quarter Manchester City Centre.

Qualification we require:

A strong BSc or MSc in a relevant area, such as Business Management and Marketing, or Strategic/Digital Marketing.

Application requirements:

Essential Knowledge:

  • A broad understanding of digital market research and analytic approaches
  • A broad understanding of strategic management
  • Digital marketing approaches
  • Innovation, cultural change, and growth models
  • Ambidexterity and product management techniques

  • Highly motivated with a desire to develop new knowledge
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to self-motivate
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm and creativity
  • Leadership qualities and strong team working ethos
  • Effective and engaging communication capabilities and influencing skills
