We develop, let and manage all our own properties, allowing us to seamlessly control the whole experience to make sure it meets customers’ expectations at every stage.

 Bruntwood believes in sustainable cities that provide vibrant places for people to work and live. Each year we invest in the life of the cities we operate in by donating 10% of profits to arts, charitable, civic and environmental causes. 

At the junction of Portland Street and Oxford Street in Manchester city centre there are four Victorian warehouse buildings that are home to a growing cluster of like-minded creative businesses.

These businesses are influencing how the buildings work, how they look and feel, giving each address its own personality. They’re shaping the change of how people come together, how they collaborate and how they inspire each other. The idea is simple - to mould the buildings to reflect how creative modern businesses operate - serving the needs of the individual and the collective.

To do this we’re creating a range of work spaces, and we’re starting with a unique co-working suite called 'Together' at 127 Portland Street. Here, we’re creating somewhere for freelancers, start-ups or small businesses to work in a collaborative open-plan space with fixed prices and ultra-fast Internet connectivity – with speeds of up to 100 Mbit per second as standard.

That's not a problem – the all-inclusive price is per desk so you’re free to take as many as you need, as long as they’re available...
