Mohsen Mobasher

I am Abolfazl Mobasher, of course, everyone calls me Mohsen! As the chief strategy officer at Zegal Group, I lead a team to plan and execute the company's supply, production, and sales strategies, increasing its capacity, efficiency, and profitability. I also oversee the company's macro strategy and expansion into new markets and segments, leveraging my business analysis and product development skills.

I have a strong background in strategy, having previously worked as the chief strategy officer at azki.com, the largest insurtech startup in Iran, where I created and implemented the OKR method, aligned all units with the company's vision and goals, and doubled the most important KPI of company in three months.

Besides strategy, I am passionate about content creation, and I write every day on various topics, such as business, technology, and personal development. I believe that writing helps me express myself, communicate my ideas, and learn new things. My goal is to combine my strategy and content creation expertise to create value for myself and others.
