Reverse Life® is the UK’s leading liquid collagen company. 

A Covid success story, Reverse Life was started during the lockdown in 2020 and is co-owned by Chris Niebel and Mark Shephard. Our Manchester-based wellbeing company is dedicated to bringing innovative consumer products to market and is the first collagen company in the UK to become an NHS Certified Partner in Health.

With zero external investment and purely organic growth, the company on-boarded 50,000 new customers in the first eight months of trading.  Within just 36 months of trading, over 16 million doses of its Original high-strength collagen have been sold and achieved over £14.5 Million in sales.

Having recently hit our 3rd birthday in May 2023, it feels like an appropriate time to reflect on our incredible journey so far, especially with the recent SME IT Award win cementing our team’s great work. We’ve accomplished so much in just 3 short years of trading. Including multiple successful sell-out product launches under our belt and many coveted beauty, wellbeing and e-commerce industry awards.

We’re prioritising the development of robust processes that enable us to identify potential issues, implement efficient solutions, and adapt to emerging trends. We spend a lot of time analysing our customer flows to ensure communications are highly targeted and efficient.

Staying agile is crucial, as is investing in strong processes and continuously updating our skills and offerings. For example, we’re embracing AI as a powerful tool and resource that can assist our teams in being more productive so they can get laser-focused on creating and driving highly converting outcomes, sales and exceptional levels of customer service.
