We have our own inhouse academy and trainers specialising in the following areas (but not limited to):

- Software Engineering

First, we attract diverse talent into our academies. We aim to make our cohorts inclusive, focusing on underrepresented groups and career switchers. We do this with a vision of promoting social mobility for the region.
Next, we provide them with the very best training where we focus on developing their technical ability as well as softer skills such as communication and collaboration. We also focus on project work during this period as well as running our own Techathons.
Finally, we deploy them onsite with you as a job ready contingent resource and partner with you to manage all the L&D and mentoring for the first 2 years. This saves you time and money as well as giving you an individual who develops quicker than a traditional graduate. After this time, they can then transition to you as a permanent member of your team with no charge.
