CarFinance 247 is the UK’s leading digital car finance platform that connects car buyers, sellers, and lenders. They have been the primary sponsor of British Rally sensation and ex European Rally Champion Chris Ingram in the World Rally Championship over the last few years. CarFinance 247 wanted to elevate and activate its sponsorship by developing some social content to engage with its audience. 

Absolute was approached to deliver a campaign, in a similar way to the approach we had taken for the content marketing activation of the Duckhams Yuasa Race Team. The content marketing plan was to be activated across a number of key channels over a 6-month period.

The Idea


The current content for CarFinance 247 was focused on services and the idea was to utilise the partnership with Chris Ingram to create a series of micro-campaigns to engage the current followers of both Chris Ingram and CarFinance 247 as well as attract a bigger automotive savvy audience.

This video content would then be pushed out across social media, digital, with press coverage gained where relevant. This allowed CarFinance 247 to be in the minds of their customers regularly over a 6 month period.

The Delivery


We created a series of video's that included a mix of content including rally-focused footage, driver interviews, and events, all with a key objective to educate, entertain and keep the audience engaged.

This content was then used across various platforms to engage with Car Finance 247's audience.
