After hiring the former Head of Technology for Partners, James Akrigg, Manchester-based ARMSA Academy have now appointed internationally-acclaimed Helle Jakobsen to propel digital innovation, h’alt® to greater success.
ARMSA Academy has hired Helle Jakobsen as Client Success Lead for innovative technology that is predicted to sweep across the world of renewable energy accelerating learning and performance in a sector currently suffering from a critical skills gap.
The renewable energy sector is experiencing unprecedented growth and needs to upskill and train on a scale never before seen if we are to reach our ambitious net-zero targets. Hiring experienced candidates is problematic even for large established companies.
It seems that h’alt®is delivering an innovative solution to the sector-wide hiring, training and team performance issues. Developed by ARMSA Academy, h’alt®is a chatbot powered by Machine Learning (ML) to empower learning and decision-making in the project lifecycle. Learning in the workflow means that users can apply learning immediately rather than take time out of the work day for face to face classroom training. Front-end loaded content allows users to focus on project planning and avoiding costly mistakes during execution.
Proven to enhance performance and increase profitability, the h’alt® prototype is live and is going from success to success gaining top tier clients such as offshore wind turbine manufacturer Vestas APAC across its service, special projects and now, its service readiness team. Helle has been appointed to ensure the smooth onboarding and management of new clients as companies queue to join the h’alt® revolution.
Helle says “It’s a very exciting time to join ARMSA. The positive results from clients who have implemented h’alt® are overwhelming and I’m really proud to be part of such an innovative project that helps so many individuals, companies and the environment.”
CEO of ARMSA Academy, Rakesh Maharaj, adds “Being able to learn from users is one of h’alt®’s unique capabilities. Over time the digital tool builds and distributes growing organisational tacit knowledge that is critical for supporting decision-making in complex, uncertain, and ambiguous situations. Helle can help clients realise this unique value and optimise their use of h’alt®’ to further improve organisational performance and optimise the performance of increasingly leaner teams without compromising plant performance and safety.”
