Energy Innovation AS Partners with ARMSA Academy to Deliver Offshore Wind Management Training Programs.
Energy Innovation AS is proud to announce the signing of a strategic partnership with ARMSA Academy to promote and deliver the IOSH Safety for Executives and Directors and IOSH Managing Safely for Wind Power training programs to Norwegian offshore wind developers and operators.
The agreement was officially signed during a prestigious signing ceremony held on Wednesday, August 28, at the ONS conference in Stavanger Norway, one of the world’s leading energy events. The occasion marked a significant milestone for both companies as they committed to advancing offshore wind safety and management training in front of industry leaders and stakeholders.
Partnership Overview
The collaboration between ARMSA Academy and Energy Innovation AS centers on promoting and delivering executive and management training programs designed to elevate strategic, operational and tactical health and safety competencies across the offshore wind industry.
This initiative will equip leaders and senior managers to proactively deal with asset and occupational health and safety risks across the asset lifecycle. Participants will develop critical decision-making skills to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable project development, construction and operations of fixed and floating offshore wind projects.
In addition to this partnership, ARMSA Academy will also support Energy Innovation’s role as the lead for the Regional Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) Offshore Wind Norway, focusing on advancing vocational education and training for offshore wind development in Norway.
Key Agreement Highlights:
- Training Focus: ARMSA Academy will deliver the IOSH-approved Safety for Executives and Directors and Managing Safely for Wind Power programs, designed specifically for offshore wind.
- Promotion and Referral: Energy Innovation will promote ARMSA’s management courses and manage the referral process by facilitating course bookings through its network. Relevant courses will soon be available on the Energy Innovation website.
