This workshop will give an insight into Arrk’s project discovery methodology, which we call EmbArrk™. Starting a project with a strong discovery stage reduces issues during development. Arrk Group has a deep experience of managing project from first explorations, to the decommissioning phase.
We can’t demonstrate every technique and method we use for project discovery, so in keeping with Lean and Agile principles, we’ve chosen to time-box carefully, and will showcase a single 30-minute workshop session.
In this workshop, we will demonstrate our method for Goal Mapping which is taking an identified user and mapping their experience with an existing system to achieve a specific goal.
We then use this sequence to determine their experience of the process, thus resulting in Pain Points and Quick Wins, which are then clustered and prioritised.
