As a Junior Content Designer you’ll:
respond to requests for content changes from government departments
respond to public feedback
create, improve, and publish user-centred content with direction from more senior content designers
use analytics data, user feedback and user research to identify user needs
update good practice guidance for government publishers
contribute to the GDS and cross-government content design communities
help your team design content plans
collaborate with stakeholders on content updates and manage policy and legal checks
work in an agile team to support delivery and improve publishing processes
interested in people who can:
create iterate and manage user-centred content
make complex language and processes easy to understand
use analytics, user feedback, and/or user research to improve content
coordinate multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
work with stakeholders to understand their issues
have great attention to detail
work to tight deadlines under pressure
work with content publishing systems
