Manchester-based HR, employment law and Health & Safety specialist, Peninsula, has unveiled a new digital platform, including a new self-assessment service, and refreshed digital identity.
Delivered by digital partner Code Computerlove, Peninsula's new platform features an enhanced customer experience and brand proposition, all aimed at helping small and medium-sized businesses better identify and respond to their challenges and support requirements .
Alongside the core platform, Code has developed Peninsula's new Business Health Assistant. The self-assessment tool navigates users through a journey where they can identify what support and services they need, access tailored resources, and book an appointment with a specialist advisor.
