Manchester-based digital agency, CTI Digital, has appointed digital industry veteran, Kirstie Buchanan, as Sales and Marketing Director. In this new position, Buchanan will lead a more strategic approach to sales within targeted market sectors.
Having joined CTI Digital in August this year, Kirstie will direct the combined efforts of the sales and marketing departments across the brand’s Manchester, London, and Lancaster sites. Kirstie will also manage an ambitious service growth plan, ensuring that the agency matures sustainably and reacts to the ever-changing industry.
The CTI Digital group is predicted to reach a turnover of £8 Million in 2019, after its 2018 MBO and acquisition of Nublue. The creation of this new senior management role signifies consistent development of the management team, strengthening and securing the agency’s future service delivery.

Kirstie Buchanan has held positions at respected agencies in the North West such as Reading Room and Rippleffect over a 20-year career in the digital sector. A fellow of the RSA, Kirstie also holds a ‘Creative Director of the Year’ DADI award and was Shortlisted for the Northern Power Women Awards 2018.
Kirstie Buchanan will report to group CEO, Nick Rhind at CTI’s Manchester Head Office. CTI Digital work with a global roster of clients including Merlin Entertainments, Wildlife Trusts and McGraw Hill Education.
