Javed has worked alongside Founder Darren Ratcliffe since 2001 and has progressed from being a non-paid intern, going on to provide support and now works in a development role for the Ancoats-based agency.

Javed will take responsibility for project delivery for the agency that works with a range of clients from startup eCommerce brands through to national and multi-national retailers including JD Fashion PLC, Soletrader, Pet Foods UK and Demon Tweeks.
