This summer, we hosted our bi-yearly GlobalLogic Regional Roadshow in Manchester. Our UK&I Managing Director, Charis Christopoulos, shared insights into our 2023 commitments and reflected on our 2022 achievements – from a 10% increase in employees to opening our Manchester Engineering Centre at Manchester One, ‘Purposeful Growth’ was the key driver of it all.
Both Paul Knight, People Director, and Roy Osuji, Head of EMEA Business Marketing, introduced GlobalLogic’s new Employee Value Proposition (EVP). This connects our audience to our mission and purpose, all while capturing the unique experiences and opportunities that our existing employees and those interested in joining us will experience at GlobalLogic. Our EVP is underpinned by our values of Integrity, Openness, Teamwork, and Innovation, which are all at the core of our Change Makers Awards, presented at the Roadshows. These awards encourage colleagues to nominate one another for their success and work ethic within GlobalLogic.

Sam Baillie, Snr Talent Acquisition & DEI Champion, champions Integrity, Openness, Teamwork, and Innovation. “This person has spearheaded innovative work to engage more women in the workplace at GlobalLogic, as well as organising events and managing partnerships to inspire and help other women to enter the tech industry.”
Lee White, Head of Talent Acquisition, champions Integrity, Openness and Teamwork. “An engaging persona and always willing to listen and take onboard differing points of view. Always positive, respectful, and honest in their approach. A leader with embedded integrity who leads a blended cultural regional team. Proffers great insight with both their experience, knowledge, and wisdom, whilst taking into consideration different approaches and new ways of working.”
In addition to those pictured, we had three more winners amongst our Manchester based employees:
- David Smith champions Openness and Teamwork, praised for his “impressive Project Management skills and great teamwork by providing coaching to other Project Managers”.
- Gareth Ekin champions Integrity, Openness, Teamwork, and Innovation. “Gareth makes me proud to work for GlobalLogic. He has been an excellent Technical Lead with good-humour, enthusiasm and an always happy to help attitude”.
- Ben Graham was presented with a team award for his contributions within a client project – championing Integrity, Teamwork, and Innovation. “With superb professionalism, resilience, and teamwork the team are drivers of a genuinely complex AWS migration. Maintaining a good customer relationship while providing challenging consultancy – we’re now in the final stages which many doubted possible.”
