I-COM has been short listed for the Best Search Engine Marketing Campaign Award in the Drum Awards for the Digital Industries (DADI).Organised by industry magazine The Drum, the awards recognise outstanding performance in digital marketing from organisations based outside the M25.
This is the first time I-COM have submitted an entry for the awards and they are extremely pleased to have beaten off some strong competition to get down to the last three.
The I-COM award submission was for a combined SEO Press Release and Pay per Click campaign they managed for Manchester law firm Pannone LLP. The campaign targeted new clients pursuing compensation claims for food poisoning and illnesses suffered whilst on holiday at two hotels in Bulgaria.
One syndicated SEO Press Release achieved seven of the top ten positions in Google for the phrase “Bulgaria holiday claims”. The supporting Pay per Click campaign yielded a click to conversion rate of 30% by targeting potential clients and ensuring they were given good reasons to choose Pannone LLP.
I-COM’s campaign generated a 100-fold return on investment
Andrew Morton, Head of Travel Litigation at Pannone LLP was delighted, and has since used subsequent campaigns that have been even more successful.
I-COM’s Managing Director Tim Roberts said, “We’re very pleased to have reached the final stages of this competition. It’s great that our no nonsense approach to maximising return on investment for our clients has been recognised. At I-COM generating revenue for our clients is always our first objective.”
