Informed Solutions has been successfully appointed to the prestigious G-Cloud 14 digital marketplace, managed by Crown Commercial Service (CCS).
As a trusted long-term provider of Software as a Service and cloud platforms that harness AI and data analytics, Informed Solutions has successfully been approved as a supplier on Lot 2: Cloud Software and on Lot 3: Cloud Support.
As one of 42 suppliers, Informed has also been appointed to G-Cloud 14 Lot 4, enabling it to complete for larger, more complex cloud support requirements including: cloud migration planning; set up and migration, security services, quality assurance and testing, training, and ongoing support.
The £8bn Framework will be used by UK public sector bodies, including central government departments and their arm’s length agencies, NHS bodies, blue lights services, local authorities, devolved administrations and British Overseas Territories. It will allow organisations to buy cloud-based computing services such as hosting, software and cloud support, including many off-the-shelf, pay-as-you-go cloud solutions.
The scope of the framework will include the following services:
- Lot 1: Cloud Hosting: Cloud Hosting Services sold through G-Cloud are cloud platform or infrastructure Services that can help Buyers do at least one of the following, and only pay for what they use:
- Lot 2: Cloud Software: Cloud software Services sold through G-Cloud are applications that are accessed over the internet and hosted in the cloud.
- Lot 3: Cloud Support: Cloud support Services sold through G-Cloud should help Buyers set up and maintain their cloud software or hosting.
- Lot 4: Complex Cloud Support: large, complex cloud support requirements.
