Jam celebrates 18 years of extraordinary thinking with new strategic leadership

#PR

This month, Jam, the creative-led marketing communications agency, celebrates 18 years of delivering bold ideas and impactful campaigns for ambitious brands. Marking nearly two decades of success, Jam is entering its next chapter with an expanded leadership team, welcoming communications director Becki Wiper to the senior leadership team. In addition, senior social media manager Sophie Bartram joins Jam to further strengthen its social media expertise. Together, they bring fresh energy and talent to support Jam’s ongoing growth and innovation.

Since 2006, Jam has built a reputation as a trusted marketing partner for clients across sectors including financial services, travel, F&B and charity, amongst others. Jam’s current client portfolio includes Raisin UK, Manchester Pride, Constance Hotels & Resorts, Dematic, and Perfect Pet Insurance. As Jam looks to the future, founders Jaime Gee and Dave Gee are stepping back from day-to-day operations to focus on high-level growth initiatives, entrusting the agency’s evolution to the strengthened leadership team.

Becki Wiper, Jam’s new communications director, joins the senior leadership team with 18 years of experience, a recent 42 under 42 accolade, and a proven record of delivering successful campaigns for major brands such as Aldi, B&Q and Warburtons. Previously the owner of her own agency, Hop & Co, Becki will oversee Jam’s PR and social functions while expanding business development.

Alongside associate director Anna Holloway, Becki’s arrival enhances Jam’s leadership and aligns with the agency’s commitment to creativity, clarity, and client success. This strengthened team will guide Jam as Jaime and Dave turn their focus toward strategic growth and innovation.

Complementing the wider team is Sophie Bartram, Jam’s new senior social media manager. With over five years of experience in standout social and influencer campaigns for brands such as Philips, PG Tips, and Dare 2b, Sophie will focus on expanding Jam’s social media strategy, delivering results-driven content that enhances clients’ presence across platforms.

Jaime Gee, managing director of Jam, said: “Celebrating 18 years of Jammin’ is a significant milestone. With the support of our extraordinary Jammers, both past and present, we have achieved so much and we’re excited for what’s to come. Welcoming Becki on to the senior leadership team further strengthens our offering, and with Becki and Anna leading on the day-to-day operations it has allowed for Dave and I to focus on our next phase of growth.”

Dave Gee, creative director of Jam, added: “18 years is a phenomenal achievement and a key milestone to celebrate! Jam has always been about extraordinary thinking, bold ideas and strategy that wins hearts and minds. The collective strength and creativity of our entire team has been integral to our success. We’re excited for the future.”

To mark the milestone, Jam is hosting an internal celebration and launching a social media series spotlighting the people, values, and clients that have contributed to its success.
