Fairtrade needed to update their website while at the same time improve the understanding of who Fairtrade is and what it is they do. After an extensive, vendor selection Fairtrade chose Sitecore as its CMS as it was flexible, scalable and had a range of in build additional features such as personalisation, machine learning and AI.
The new site had to integrate with their back-office systems while meeting audience and stakeholder requirements. The site, which is fully optimised across platforms, is easy to update which is a bonus for Fairtrade’s marketers.
