The Stockport-based agency will rebrand the student travel company which takes over 95,000 students on European city breaks each year.
The team will start to take a customer centric approach to design by looking at previous user behaviour and by using a blend of market research and experience testing workshops to redefine a new stronger edgier brand that stands out from the crowd.
The brief includes defining a new ‘brand voice’ for the company while also updating the look and feel of the identity to match its ambition of becoming a leading tour operator.
KMP Digitata’s Head of Digital Design, Steve Arnold and Head of UX, Adam Brock, have been working closely with Outgoing to determine what makes them tick and what the new brand should communicate to their customers.
Head of UX Adam Brock said: “As a creative digital agency, we make sure we understand the direction our clients want to move in from the very start. More and more of our clients are turning to us for branding. This is a key growth area for many businesses, and we already have an excellent track record of delivering strong growth for several high profile brands. We now look forward to working with Outgoing and delivering fantastic return on investment results for their brand and online presence.”
As part of this rebranding project KMP will update colour pallets, form a new logo and font set and set Outgoing’s tone of voice but also redefining the use of imagery.
