The University of Salford, in partnership with Santander, are launching the 2014/15 SME Internship Programme aimed at part-funding a number of 3-month internship opportunities for students and recent graduates within a local small to medium size enterprise.
We will provide £1,500 of part-funding, towards the cost of recruiting and employing one of our students or recent graduates on a 3-month, full-time internship position.
The programme is designed to allow students and recent graduates to gain valuable industry experience and the relevant skills needed to assist them in the development of both their academic and professional lives as well as allowing SMEs to gain valuable access to some of the most innovative, skilful and creative minds of the future.

If you are interested in recruiting a student/graduate intern under the part-funded SME Internship Programme please register your interest by emailing business@salford.ac.uk with details of the proposed internship position you wish to recruit for.
Please note: available funds are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis on condition of meeting the programme requirements. Recruitment for a graduate intern may commence immediately, while recruitment for an undergraduate student is likely to begin early next for a start date in June due to course commitments.
