Worship, a conversion optimisation agency with specialist expertise in financial services and ecommerce has won a three-way competitive pitch to help Aldermore Group PLC improve its website user experience and increase conversions.
Aldermore is a specialist lender and savings bank offering straightforward products to SMEs, homeowners, landlords and individuals, with offices in Manchester city centre and Wilmslow.
Following their IPO in 2015, Aldermore entered the FTSE 250 Index, confirming their place as one of the 350 largest companies in the UK with £5.4 billion in total net lending.
Worship will be using its award-winning research methodology to analyse how visitors are behaving on the website and to discover what website users think, feel want and need.
The CRO agency will then implement a programme of changes designed to improve user experience and increase conversions.
As a result of the Aldermore win and as well as other new client wins in 2018 such as inniAccounts and Shake That Weight, Worship has appointed two new staff to the team and developed a new brand and website.
Julia Putnina joins as UX lead - Julia has 7 years’ experience in the industry having worked with Paypal and Coop Insurance amongst others.
Edward Sparrow joins as Operations Manager - Edward recently worked at Push Doctor and will help to co-ordinate and facilitate client growth.
Nina Mack, Worship MD said “Julia and Ed bring valuable experience to the team and will allow us to continue to expand and continue to offer clients a great service. It’s an exciting time for Worship - we’ve focussed in on financial services and ecommerce over the last couple of years and it’s definitely paying off. We’ve got a clear strategy to take the business forward and I’m really looking forward to the next 12 months.”
The agency has spent this year working on the business to ensure the proposition is focused and clear to improve its competitive edge and adding high calibre clients such as Aldermore shows the changes they’ve made are paying off.
