Vivian Knight- Tech Women 100 shortlisted candidate
All of us at Digital Her want to say a huge Congratulations to one of our very own Real Role Models, Vivian Knight for her success as a shortlisted candidate for the Tech Women 100 2022 awards.
Vivian currently works as a Technical Analyst with Grayce on the software development stream. She is contracted to a leading high street bank where she works as a Mainframe Developer on live production support, tackling incidents that arise after overnight batch transactions. For this client role she has learnt COBOL, EZ+ and JCL and how to navigate the IBM z/OS.
When asked how she feels about her success, Vivian has this to say; "I am so unbelievably grateful to be awarded with TechWomen100 2022! These kinds of recognitions are so important in our industry. The purpose of awarding women across the technology space is to retain the confidence of these women, reward their efforts and provide inspiration for other women looking to build a career in the industry.
My goal as I progress in my career is to help eliminate the damaging stereotypes in tech that discourage prospective girls. It is an exciting and gratifying career path, and I can’t recommend it enough! "
