As we all adjust to this new way of working, it’s important to make sure the people in our industry are thriving as much as the businesses. So to mark the end of metal health awareness week and in response to the feedback we’ve received from our community, we’ll be launching a series of free events aimed at supporting the people within our industry, from mental and physical wellbeing, to career and employment advice the events will focus on helping the individuals in our community to continue to thrive.
The series will begin with an event on Friday 5th June on the topic of resilience in the workplace. Our panel will be sharing their personal stories and approach to the crisis, and discussing how to remain motivated and connected to the rest of your team, and how to manage your own fears and wellbeing. Our experts will also be discussing the tools and techniques we can all use to help us continue to feel good in this new way of working. You can register for the free event here Resilience in the workplace: The Personal Impact of COVID-19
As well as live events we’ll be offering free confidential drop in coaching for anyone that feels they could benefit from some 1:1 support.
We will continue to announce the other events in the series over the coming weeks and months, and will be listed here Manchester Digital Events
