After the success of the first Fintech Forum in 2019, we brought together more experts for another fantastic discussion, this time with three guest speakers focusing on the future of money, post-COVID.
David Avis, Squad Lead at AND Digital explored what a cashless future looks like and how digital solutions can help bridge the gap for the underserved communities such as those without bank accounts or low income households. Following on from this Nina Mohanty, co-host of the Breaking Banks EU podcast discussed making money more inclusive and we took an in-depth look at how financial services providers can break down barriers and better provide for marginalised communities. Our last speaker of the morning was Anthony Morrow, CEO and founder of OpenMoney who talked through how customers' financial behaviours are changing with COVID and what future behaviours he expects to see.
