The 12-strong company founded in 2009 by brothers Justin and Mark Blackhurst, has taken 2,100 sq ft of space at the east Manchester-based creative hub.
SEONext passed £1m turnover in 1,000 days and is set for revenues of £2.3m this financial year.
The new office will increase the company's office space by more than 30%, which it needs as it plans to hire a further six staff in the first half of 2013.
Managing director Justin Blackhurst said: "This is a strategic decision for SEONext – we are leading the way in internet marketing so it makes absolute sense that we are able to contribute to, and be a part of, The Sharp Project community. Manchester is the new digital capital of Europe and The Sharp Project is at the heart of this new technological ecosystem."
